About Alison

As an event rider and former tri athlete Alison understands well the rigours of training, competing and juggling injury problems, not to mention the demands of a physical job!

She worked extensively in exercise and rehabilitation after graduating with a degree in exercise science and human movement in 1993 and is also a former paramedic.
